Cancellation Policy and Other Terms

The session is based on up to 1000 sq ft of area, please book additional session(s) to accommodate area. Terms and Conditions: By booking our small yard fertilizing services, you agree to the following terms. Our services include the application of fertilizer to designated lawn areas as specified during booking. We do not guarantee specific results, as lawn growth and health depend on factors such as weather, soil conditions, and ongoing care. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure clear access to the yard and disclose any known sensitivities related to plants, pets, or other features that may be affected by fertilizers. We are not liable for unintended damage to plants, grass, or landscaping unless caused by our negligence. The customer must follow post-treatment guidelines, such as keeping pets and children away from the treated area for the recommended time. We hold liability insurance for our services, but the customer should verify their own coverage for any additional concerns. A cancellation fee may apply if the service is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. We are not responsible for delays or service interruptions due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., weather). These terms are governed by Alberta law. Please ensure the areas where we will be working are clear of PET FECAL MATTER a cleaning fee of $50 will be charged if any is found on the equipment or employees.
